Return/Refund & Cancellation Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1️⃣ Order Cancellation

Cancellation is only accepted within the first 5 hours after placing the order and only if the parcel is not shipped yet.

For immediate cancellation requests, contact us via Email/WhatsApp with your Order Number on 9250124418

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

2️⃣ Return & Refund Policy

We do not accept returns. Refund is initiated only if:

✅ You received the wrong product
OR
✅ You received a damaged product

In such cases:

We will bear the shipping charges to replace the product with the correct one.

If a refund is required instead of replacement, the below claim rules apply.

3️⃣ Claim Procedure (Very Important)

To raise a damage/wrong product claim:

A 360° uncut unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must start by showing the AWB number on the parcel clearly, then the full opening, and the issue.

Without the required video proof → No refund or replacement.

This is required by the courier company to approve the claim.

4️⃣ Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns will not be accepted if:

You received the correct product but changed your mind

Colour / design / style dislike

Hygiene-related items (earrings & personal wear accessories)

Sale / discounted / clearance products

Free gifts or promotional products

5️⃣ Refund Method & Timeline

Refund is only processed after the courier approves the claim.

Processing time: 3–5 business days for review + 5–7 business days for bank refund (if approved)

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

6️⃣ Lost / Returned to Origin (RTO) Orders

If the order returns due to wrong address, not answering calls, or customer unavailability:

Reshipping charges must be paid by the customer

No refund will be issued in such cases
